In our bid to be "First in Traffic Safety," the Colorado State Patrol is constantly looking for ways to enhance the programs and services we provide to the community and to our local law enforcement partners. Through your feedback and support, the Patrol has demonstrated its commitment to meeting the needs of those we serve by either expanding or improving upon existing services, or by devising entirely new ones to meet a growing demand. Some of the services we provide to the community and others are outlined below. This list represents only a fraction of what we do, so please contact us for more information on additional programs and services we currently offer.
• Conduct Certified VIN Inspections
• Host an Annual Youth Academy
• Distribute statistical information
• Administer the Alive-at-25 Program
• Provide training to the community and other law enforcement agencies on traffic safety
• Assist other law enforcement agencies with technical accident investigations
• Administer the 1122/1033 Procurement Programs for local law enforcement agencies
• Distribute traffic safety brochures and other informational items
• Perform Child-Passenger Safety Inspections throughout Colorado
We are always looking for ways to enhance the programs and services we provide, so any suggestions you might have are greatly appreciated. Please forward your comments, concerns or suggestions to our webmaster CSP_webmaster@cdps.state.co.us.
